The cleaning was carried out by a very polite young man in a professional manner and came up much better than expected. Was impressed that I received a phone call to let us know roughly his time of arrival.
So very pleased with the quality of the work, as they weren't aware of some makeup marks on the carpet when we called them, we were advised of a different process they would use which would guarantee the marks would come out. Absolutely over the moon with the end result, plus they came to us once we had cleared the flat contents out, so they work with you as best they can and it was ideal. We had no come backs on the flat what so ever :) Thank you very much would recommend you every time :)
